Development of Covalent Organic Framework Materials for Lithium Extraction from Salt-Lake Brines
My research focuses on the design and development of covalent organic framework (COF) materials for selective lithium extraction and Li⁺/Mg²⁺ separation from brines. By tailoring the structure, pore environment, and chemical properties of COF materials, I aim to improve their selectivity toward lithium ions in complex saline systems. My research explores both membrane-based separation and electrochemical approaches to develop efficient and sustainable strategies for lithium recovery from brine resources.
