Semiconductors-photocatalysis for biomass conversion

Swathi Kesranahalli Madhusudhan's research work focuses on converting chemical waste into valuable products through introducing nano-architecture hetero-catalyst systems. Wherein she synergistically utilize the photoactive porous chalcogenide semiconductor and porphyrin-based molecules for efficient light induced photocatalytic activity for Conversion of biomass into value-added industrial products, through incorporating chemical and physical deposition techniques.
