Quantum dot material and quantum dot solar cells
Mengmeng Hao obtained his Bachelor and Master's degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from Central South University in China, and obtained his Doctor's degree from The University of Queensland (UQ) in 2020. Now he works as a postdoctoral fellow in AIBN in UQ. His research mainly focuses on the development of novel semiconductor materials and quantum dot solar cells. In late 2018, as a key researcher, he developed a high efficient quantum dot solar cell and broke the efficiency world record, which was recognised in the highly influential Best Research-Cell Efficiencies Chart.
