Synthesis, modelling and applications of graphene oxide
Kay Chen is interested synthesizing and functionalizing sheets of graphene oxide (GO). In addition, computational calculations are done understand interactions and predict properties of the functionalized GO sheets.
Kay is an honours student in both the Bernhardt and Shapter group at AIBN. She received her BSc (chemistry) and BA (international relations) from the University of Queensland.
