AIBN/CAI three-minute thesis competition heat

The Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBN) and Centre for Advanced Imaging (CAI) will host the 16th University of Queensland (UQ) Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) AIBN/CAI Heat on Thursday 29 June.

The 3MT is an academic competition that challenges HDR students to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience. 3MT celebrates the discoveries made by research students and encourages students to communicate the importance of their research to the broader
community. More than 300 UQ HDR students participate in the competition each year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This year’s competition will be held live and in person. Participants will be judged on their live presentation with the winner ($100), runner-up ($50) and people’s choice (Café Nano Gift Card) to be announced on the day.
