Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of man-made chemicals that have been widely used in household and industrial applications, they are highly persistence in the environment and have been linked to several adverse health effects. Consequently, the urgent need for PFAS remediation arises. Yutong's project aims to develop a room-temperature PFAS conversion technology to convert PFAS into usefull battery component and improve battery performance.
