Novel 3D Printed Composites for Biomedical Applications
Xinyan Gu completed her Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) at the University of Queensland in 2024. In July 2024, she joined the Qiao group at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, where she conducted her Honours research focusing on the development of 3D printed liquid metal-based hydrogel hybrids for antibacterial applications. Following the completion of a Bachelor of Science (Honours Class I) degree in 2025, she commenced her PhD in the same group. Her current research explores the development of 3D printable perovskite-based materials.
