Yanzhao specialises in photocatalytic and electrocatalytic methane conversion, CO2 reduction and hydrogen evolution.
Yanzhao is now a research officer in the School of Chemical Engineering, the University of Queensland. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University in 2014, and later obtained his Master’s degree from the Zhejiang University in 2018. Then he continued his PhD study and was awarded a doctorate degree in 2023 from the University of Adelaide. Dr. Zhang's research focuses on new nanomaterials for photocatalysis and electrocatalysis.
