Dr Anh Phan is a Posdoctoral Research Focused Platform/Proteomics Specialist at Queensland Metabolomics and Proteomics core facility (Q-MAP), AIBN. She obainted a PhD from the University of Queensland on Food Biochemistry focused on molecular interactions between phytochemicals and dietary fibres. After PhD completion, Dr Anh Phan joined the ARC Training Centre for Uniquely Australian Foods at CNAFS, QAAFI as Postdoctoral Research Fellow fworked on nutritional values and health related benefits of the Australian native foods. Currently, at the Queensland Metabolomics and Proteomics core facility under Bio-Sustainability Research Hub funded by Bio-Platform Australia, her role focuses on providing high-throughput proteomics and multi-omics analysis involving biological, agricultural and food-related samples, delivering high-throughput, reliable analytical solutions, and enabling research impacts.
