Collaborations and industry engagement
The project is a collaboration between the University of Queensland and the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi as a part of the UQ - IITD Academy of Research (UQIDAR) joint PhD program. The host lab at IITD under Prof. Ishaan Gupta works in the field of functional genomics and bioinformatics.
