Dr. Dongxu He brings over nine years of specialized expertise in renewable energy conversion materials, with a pivotal emphasis on the synthesis of high-quality, lead-free Tin-based perovskite materials tailored for advanced optoelectronic applications. His research focuses on the development of innovative solutions for both outdoor and indoor solar cells, large-area solar module design, and exploring their potential for broader applications in renewable energy technologies.
Dr. Dongxu He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Photovoltaics from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2016, and later received his MPhil and PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland (UQ) in 2019 and 2024, respectively, under the supervision of Prof. Lianzhou Wang. His expertise spans tin-halide perovskite materials synthesis, device design, and characterization, and in 2023 he developed record-high-performance tin-halide perovskite solar cells.
