Study

An effective survey system for food safety and quality has attracted constant interests from governments, the food industry and consumers. One of the most important requirements for this system is to assess the risks of the food, so that consumers can make informed choices. Therefore, the methods for rapid, effective, quantitative and real time monitoring the food risks is urgently demanded but remains a great challenge for food industry and consumers. This project aims to develop a rapid and cost effective detecting system to monitor the food quality in real time.
