Precision nanomedicine

Individual variability in genes, environment, and lifestyle greatly impacts the way diseases develop and how well they respond to treatment. AIBN’s Precision Nanomedicine research is revolutionising the way we understand, diagnose and treat disease by designing technologies that interact with human cells and pathogens at the nanoscale. Working with materials with dimensions thousands of times smaller than the width of a human hair enables us to quickly and accurately detect disease, develop highly targeted treatments, and advance the way those treatments are delivered and how long they endure.

Precision nanomedicine research

AIBN's research in precision nanomedicine is supported by expertise in sequencing, exosome, epigenetics, transcriptomics, wearables and real-time diagnostic monitoring and includes the Centre for Personalised NanoMedicine.
