Overview and Entry requirements

UQ Entrepreneurial PhD Top-up Scholarship

As an Entrepreneurial Scholar, you will be equipped with leadership training and an entrepreneurial mindset, positioning you to create your own start-up or innovate within your future workplace.

Selected scholars will undertake a range of professional development activities alongside their PhD, including the Liveris Academy Program, specialised courses, entrepreneurship programs, and spend three months within a company to learn the business of research translation. Through these experiences they will have the opportunity to connect with industry partners and members of other scientific disciplines to expand their professional network.

To support participation in these experiences, a $10,000 annual top-up scholarship will be awarded for up to four-years FTE.
